Terms of service

The rules for using this site. Plain language: it is a guide, not legal advice, not an official GoHighLevel property, and not a promise of results.

Last updated: November 3, 2026.

What this site is

Obi Follow Up publishes independent editorial content about GoHighLevel (GHL), a software product owned by HighLevel, Inc. We are not HighLevel, we are not an official partner, and nothing here is an official statement from the vendor.

Using the content

You may read, quote with attribution, and link to this site. You may not republish it wholesale, resell it, or train a commercial model on it without permission. The guides are general information, not professional advice for your business, your legal obligations or your tax position.

Some links to GoHighLevel are affiliate links. If you start a trial through one, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. The full explanation is in the affiliate disclosure.

No warranty and no promises

We write carefully and correct errors when we find them, but software changes constantly. Menu names, plan prices, feature availability and legal requirements can be different by the time you read a guide.

  • We do not warrant that any guide is complete, current or error-free.
  • We do not promise that using GoHighLevel will produce any particular number of leads, bookings, reviews or revenue.
  • Prices quoted are as of publication and must be confirmed with the vendor.

Third-party products

Your subscription, its pricing, its terms and its support are between you and HighLevel, Inc. We do not control platform uptime, feature changes, carrier decisions, deliverability or billing. GoHighLevel, HighLevel and GHL are trademarks of HighLevel, Inc., used here for identification only.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Obi Follow Up is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost revenue or lost profits, arising from your use of this site or of any third-party product described on it. Since this site is free to use, our total liability to you is limited to zero.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Compliance is your responsibility

Texting, email marketing, health information and insurance advertising are regulated. The guides describe what the platform can do and where the legal boundaries generally sit, but they are not legal advice. Confirm your own obligations, including consent, opt-out handling, quiet hours, HIPAA and state advertising rules, before you send anything.

Intellectual property

The text, structure and design of this site belong to Obi Follow Up. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Obi Follow Up is registered, without regard to conflict of law rules. We would rather resolve a disagreement over email first, and in practice that is what happens.

We write about the operational problems that cost local businesses jobs, and we test the fixes on real accounts before publishing them. When a story names a tool, it is because we use it, not because someone paid for the mention. How we work →
