Privacy policy
What this site collects, why, how long we keep it and how to have it deleted. Short, because we collect almost nothing.

This policy covers obifollowup.com. We keep it short because the site collects very little.
What we collect
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-CXXHJMTJ57) to understand which guides are read and which are abandoned. Google Analytics collects device, browser, approximate location and interaction data, and sets cookies. We do not use it to identify individuals, and we do not enable advertising personalization on this property. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Server logs. Our host records standard request logs, including IP address, for security and troubleshooting. These are retained by the hosting provider under its own policy.
Email. If you write to hello@obifollowup.com, we receive your address and whatever you send. We keep it only as long as the conversation is useful, and we delete it on request. We do not add you to a list.
No forms, no accounts. This site has no signup form, no newsletter and no user accounts. We do not collect names, phone numbers or payment details.
Affiliate links and third parties
Links to gohighlevel.com are affiliate links and include a referral parameter. When you click one, that parameter tells HighLevel which site referred you. From that point, HighLevel's privacy policy governs what happens on their site, including any trial signup. We do not receive your name, email or business details from HighLevel. We only see aggregate conversion counts.
Other external links (FCC, HHS, Google, the Census, Twilio) do not carry any tracking from us.
Cookies
The pages themselves set no cookies. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to distinguish sessions. You can block them in your browser without losing any functionality here.
What we do not do
- No advertising pixels, no retargeting tags, no session recording, no heatmaps.
- We do not sell, rent or share personal data.
- We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@obifollowup.com with the subject "data request" and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you have the rights described in the GDPR, including the right to object and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. If you are in California, you have the rights described in the CCPA. We do not sell personal information as defined by that law.
Retention
Analytics data expires according to the property's retention setting, currently 14 months. Email is kept as long as the conversation requires. Server logs follow the hosting provider's retention.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we update the date at the top and note what changed. We will not retroactively apply a new purpose to data you already gave us.
